Employee Relations & Absence Operations Advisor

WA Consultants is seeking an Employee Relations Operations Administrator in Solihull to support absence management in a busy manufacturing environment. Full training is provided to develop Employee Relations experience and skills.

You will assist with short and long-term absence cases, coordinate support measures, and work with Occupational Health and stakeholders to improve attendance and employee wellbeing. This role offers development and a collaborative team environment.
