Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote fair and consistent treatment of employees.
• Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on employee relations best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and company policies.
• Contribute to the development of strategies to enhance employee engagement and a positive culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Employee Relations Specialist or in a senior HR role with a strong ER focus.
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practices.
• Excellent investigation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional HR accreditation.
