Key Responsibilities

• Advise employers on all aspects of employment law, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts and policies.
• Handle employment disputes, including unfair dismissal claims, discrimination cases, and grievances.
• Represent clients in employment tribunals and other relevant forums.
• Provide strategic advice on workforce restructuring, redundancies, and TUPE transfers.
• Deliver training to clients on employment law best practices and compliance.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' dedicated experience in employment law .
• In-depth knowledge of Scottish and UK employment legislation.
• Proven experience in advising employers and handling tribunal claims.
• Strong advisory, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
