Employment Lawyer

About the Role

Our client, a leading employer services firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join their dedicated, remote-first legal team. This fully remote position allows you to provide expert advice on all facets of employment law to a diverse client base, from startups to established corporations, all from your home office. You will manage complex employment tribunal claims, draft bespoke employment contracts and policies, and offer strategic guidance on HR matters. This role is perfect for a proactive lawyer who values autonomy, efficient communication, and the ability to deliver high-quality legal services remotely, contributing significantly to client success and the firm's remote operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on all aspects of UK employment law, including dismissals, discrimination, and contractual disputes.
• Represent clients in employment tribunals and other dispute resolution forums.
• Draft, review, and advise on employment contracts, consultancy agreements, and workplace policies.
• Provide strategic guidance on HR-related issues, restructuring, and TUPE.
• Conduct legal training for HR professionals and managers.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' experience in employment law .
• Proven track record of successfully handling contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Expert knowledge of current employment legislation and case law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing a caseload and client relationships in a remote environment.
