About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice to employers on a wide range of employment law issues, including dismissals, discrimination, and contractual disputes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate employment contracts, settlement agreements, and staff handbooks.
• Represent clients in employment tribunal proceedings and other dispute resolution forums.
• Advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions, such as TUPE regulations.
• Deliver training sessions to clients on employment law updates and best practices.

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' experience specializing in employment law .
• Proven track record of advising employers on contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and tribunal procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and provide commercial, practical advice.
