Employment Specialist: Travel Reimbursed to Help Succeed

Palladium International in Newport is recruiting an Employment Specialist for Connect to Work Isle of Wight. The role is based in our Newport office with travel to community venues across the island.

You will champion customers as viable candidates, build individual action plans, conduct regular check-ins, and collaborate with employers to create opportunities and provide in-work support. The salary range is £27,976 to £29,500 with travel costs reimbursed.
