Huntington's Disease Care Specialist | Travel-Reimbursed

Scottish Huntington’s Association is seeking a care-focused role to provide care management, specialist assessment and emotional support to individuals and families across Scotland. You will collaborate with health and social care teams, deliver training to professionals, and maintain caseload records during a four-month probationary period.

Travel across Scotland is required with reimbursed travel expenses; full training will be provided and right to work in the UK is mandatory.
