Empowering Adult Learners: Progress Mentor

Cheshire College – South & West Ellesmere Port campus is seeking a Progress Mentor for adult learners to provide mentorship and pastoral support, ensuring induction and belonging, and helping learners progress in their studies.

The role requires a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and GCSE English and Maths (C grade or better), with proven experience supporting adults and handling wellbeing issues. Some evening work is required and an Enhanced DBS check will be carried out.
