Enabling Support Worker — Inclusive Care + Sleep-In Pay

Shaftesbury is recruiting for Enabling Support Workers at John Grooms Court, Norwich, to provide compassionate support to adults with disabilities and contribute to a friendly, inclusive community.

You will follow person-centred plans, maintain accurate records, and may assist with personal care. The role may include sleep-in shifts with additional pay of £60 per sleep-in, and full training and progression opportunities are available.
