Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze energy market trends , including power, gas, and carbon prices.
• Develop and maintain market data models and analytical tools.
• Assess and report on market risk exposure for trading positions.
• Support the trading desk with real-time market information and analysis.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights for senior management.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure adherence to trading policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 1-3 years of experience in an analytical role within the energy sector or financial markets.
• Strong understanding of energy markets and trading principles.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python).
