Key Responsibilities

• Analyse energy market data, including supply, demand, and price trends, to inform trading decisions.
• Develop and refine short-term and long-term trading strategies for power and gas markets .
• Monitor and manage the company's trading positions and risk exposures .
• Prepare market intelligence reports and forecasts for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the risk management team to ensure compliance with trading policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of experience in energy trading, analysis, or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of commodity markets, particularly European power and gas .
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
