Engine Technical Records Specialist | Aviation

We are supporting an established aviation platform in the search for an Engine Technical Records Specialist to join its technical records function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong aviation records background who enjoys working with detailed technical documentation and supporting asset transactions within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate technical records to support asset acquisitions, sales, and ongoing portfolio activity
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation packages for internal and external stakeholders
• Analyse maintenance and component records, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Support the management of OEM technical documentation and related record systems
• Identify data discrepancies and contribute to continuous improvements in record quality

Requirements

• Proven experience in aircraft technical records within an airline, MRO, leasing, or aviation services environment
• Strong understanding of life-limited parts, serialised components, and aviation maintenance documentation
• Good working knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and technical record standards
• Confident communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to adapt to new digital tools and systems
