An excellent opportunity for an Engineering Manager seeking an autonomous role with the scope to influence and drive engineering performance across multiple UK sites within an industry-leading business.

This role offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise and leadership experience to deliver strategic engineering improvements, drive operational excellence and support the development and growth of site-based engineering teams.

The business is a global engineering organisation serving a diverse range of industries, including aerospace, automotive, defence and oil & gas. With responsibility for supporting multiple manufacturing sites across the UK, the role requires a flexible approach to travel, including occasional overnight stays.

The position is ideally suited to an Engineering Manager who thrives in complex manufacturing environments, is passionate about continuous improvement and enjoys working collaboratively with engineering teams to raise standards, strengthen capability and deliver sustained performance improvements.
