Engineering Manager Location: Central London Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Contract: Permanent
About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the technical delivery of Hard FM and M&E maintenance services within a prestigious commercial property in Central London.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead an on-site team of mechanical and electrical engineers, supervisors and specialist contractors.
*
Oversee the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and remedial works.
*
Ensure full statutory compliance across mechanical, electrical and building services systems.
*
Manage engineering performance, maintenance budgets, technical reporting and operational KPIs.
*
Oversee plant room operations, HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure and building management systems (BMS).
*
Support lifecycle replacement programmes, small works and technical improvement projects.
*
Maintain strong working relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Requirements
*
Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background with recognised technical qualifications.
*
Previous experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Manager or Engineering Supervisor.
*
Experience managing engineering teams within commercial buildings.
*
Strong understanding of Hard FM compliance, maintenance operations and health & safety
