Engineering Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Engineering Surveyor to join an earthworks scheme in Oxford, with an immediate start available and 8 months of work.

The Role

• Setting out and surveying on an earthworks project

• Working closely with the Site Manager and engineering team

• Checking levels, coordinates and dimensions

• Carrying out as-built surveys and maintaining accurate site records

• Supporting the delivery of works safely and to programme

• Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings and specifications

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Engineering Surveyor, ideally within earthworks/civils

• Strong setting-out experience

• Competent with Total Station, GPS/GNSS and relevant surveying equipment

• CSCS and relevant site qualifications

• Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Relevant engineering/surveying qualification or equivalent experience
