Enterprise BDR - Strategic New Business for Scaling SaaS Tech

Build Meaningful Relationships in Commercial Facilities Management & Property Management. Start Thoughtful Conversations. Grow Your Career in Enterprise Sales – With a Team Behind You.

Love sales, but looking for more than another call list?

We are a growing UK B2B software company helping major enterprises and service providers manage complex frontline operations in FM and property management.

Our platform matters to our customers, and building the right relationships takes more than a generic email sequence.

That is where you come in.

As our Enterprise Business Development Representative, you'll help a defined group of carefully selected companies discover how we can support them. You'll take time to understand complex organisations and their priorities, connect with the right people, and give them genuine reasons to engage. Our product is a relationship-led purchase, not a transactional SaaS seat.

This is a BDR role where your insight, empathy and judgement matter as much as your energy. We value curiosity, creativity, sound commercial thinking and warm, authentic communication, and we measure success by the quality of the relationships and opportunities you create, not simply the activity you log.

Bring your enthusiasm and commitment. We'll provide the tools, mentoring and support to help you grow.

If you enjoy understanding how businesses work, building connections and turning thoughtful conversations into meaningful opportunities, we would love to hear from you.

Our Story

We are a well-funded, revenue-generating enterprise technology scale-up that helps large organisations and service providers design, run, measure and improve complex frontline services.

Supported by established investors and led by an experienced founding team, we're entering an exciting new stage of growth, and we'd love you to be part of it.

As our Founding BDR, you'll build relationships, start conversations and help turn shared curiosity into qualified sales opportunities. It's a chance to help shape how we grow while developing your own career in enterprise sales.

Your Impact

You'll create qualified enterprise pipeline across a carefully prioritised group of accounts.

Your role: get to know how these organisations work, understand who makes and influences decisions, notice genuine commercial needs, and reach out with personal, credible approaches across multiple channels. You'll open conversations with senior stakeholders, listen to what matters to them, and qualify opportunities before introducing them to senior commercial colleagues with the full context they need.

Your time is shared between two things that matter equally:

80% creating qualified pipeline through research, account mapping, personalised outreach and thoughtful qualification;

20% helping all of us do it better – trying new approaches, using AI and intelligence platforms well, and sharing what you learn to strengthen tools and processes across the team.

You'll have clear goals around qualified meetings, opportunities created and pipeline contribution, and the support to reach them. Success comes from thoughtful preparation, close collaboration with colleagues and consistent follow-through.

Your Journey So Far – And Where You Could Go

You know how rewarding it feels when a first introduction becomes a worthwhile commercial conversation. You've built your experience in SDR, BDR or outbound B2B sales, creating qualified meetings and opportunities through your own prospecting. That experience may come from SaaS, technology, professional services or another complex B2B services environment.

Previous Enterprise SaaS experience is useful, but it is not essential.

You're naturally curious about people and how organisations work. You're comfortable picking up the phone, enjoy building rapport, and know how to give busy decision-makers a good reason to talk. You connect what matters to them with the problems we can help solve.

You're organised, reliable and thoughtful in your follow-up, keeping your CRM as considered as your outreach. You're keen to make good use of AI, data and prospecting tools while keeping the human touch that makes conversations count.

You enjoy learning, sharing ideas and working with others, and you're looking to build a long-term career in enterprise sales. Bring your curiosity, commercial instincts and enthusiasm – there's plenty of room to grow.

You don't need to match every point perfectly. If you can show thoughtful prospecting, sound commercial judgement and a talent for building meaningful conversations, we would love to hear from you.
