EPR Analyst

Good Afternoon,

I am currently recruiting for an NHS organisation who are offering an initial temporary contract for an EPR Analyst / EPR Support Analyst, with the potential for extension. The rate is negotiable depending on experience.

We are looking for an EPR Analyst / Support Analyst. This role can be based nationwide, with location and working arrangements to be confirmed.

The right candidate will:

Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems.

*

Respond to queries and technical issues from clinical and non-clinical users.

*

Support system administration, user access and configuration.

*

Assist with system upgrades, testing, implementation and improvements.

*

Monitor data quality and produce reports to support operational requirements.

*

Provide training and guidance to staff on EPR functionality and processes.

*

Work closely with clinical teams, IT departments and external system suppliers.

We require the following:

*

Previous experience supporting or administering EPR systems within the NHS or healthcare sector.

*

Good understanding of clinical systems and NHS workflows.

*

Experience investigating and resolving system issues.

*

Strong IT, analytical and problem-solving skills.

*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

*

Experience with systems such as Epic, Oracle Health (Cerner), CareFlow or other NHS EPR platforms would be advantageous.
