Key Responsibilities

• Market and sell new homes developments, building strong relationships with potential buyers and developers.
• Conduct professional property viewings, effectively highlighting the features and benefits of new build properties in Edinburgh .
• Provide expert advice on pricing, market trends, and the buying process for new homes.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and developers to achieve successful sales.
• Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth progression from reservation to completion, liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisors.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Estate Agent, with a strong preference for experience in new homes sales.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• A thorough understanding of the property market, particularly new developments in the Edinburgh area.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with a diverse range of clients.
• A proactive attitude and a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Full UK driving license and a willingness to travel to various development sites.
