A really progressive and forward thinking residential company are looking for an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The Estimator will be pricing projects from enquiry stage and oversee them to handover. Projects are refurbishments and extensions and the Estimator will be office based in East London.

The Estimator:

• Must have residential refurbishment experience

• Must have experience pricing projects up to £1m
