Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a superstar Category Manager to lead Skincare & Fragrance strategy across Europe, owning category plans, product portfolio and launches. You will translate global brand strategy into regional plans, optimise performance and manage pricing and lifecycle decisions with the Senior Category Manager and cross‑functional partners.
