Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of event catering, from initial client consultation to final service delivery.
• Develop detailed event catering plans, including menus, staffing, equipment, and timelines.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, offer suggestions, and confirm final arrangements.
• Work closely with the culinary team to ensure menus meet client expectations and operational feasibility.
• Manage on-site logistics during events, supervising catering staff and resolving any issues that may arise.
