About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Catering Coordinator to manage the smooth execution of all catering aspects for a variety of events. You will liaise directly with clients to understand their needs, coordinate with the culinary and logistics teams, and ensure that every event runs seamlessly from planning to completion. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a passion for food and hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, client-facing environment. While primarily based in the office for client meetings and team coordination, there are opportunities for remote work on specific tasks and project planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to discuss event details, menu selections, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate with internal culinary teams, event staff, and external vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop detailed event timelines and checklists to manage all catering logistics.
• Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring high standards of presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally during events.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and reconciliation of catering supplies and equipment.

Requirements
