You will be the primary point of contact for clients, translating their needs into successful culinary experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of catering for assigned events, from initial client brief to post-event follow-up.
• Liaise with clients to develop customized menus, understand event logistics, and confirm all requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the culinary team, event staff, and suppliers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event documentation, including BEOs, timelines, and client communications, ensuring accuracy.
• Oversee on-site setup and service delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
• Address and resolve any client issues or operational challenges promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in event coordination , catering management, or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service, menu planning, and presentation.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Superb communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to catering operations in Oxford .
