Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements, including menu selection, budget, and dietary needs.
• Develop detailed event plans, including staffing schedules, food preparation timelines, and setup arrangements.
• Oversee the execution of catering services on event days, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Manage and train catering staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards and hygiene protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience in event management or catering coordination, preferably within the hospitality industry.
