Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage catering staff during events, ensuring they adhere to service standards and company policies.
• Oversee the setup, service, and breakdown of catering operations at event venues.
• Ensure all food and beverage service is conducted professionally, efficiently, and in line with client requirements.
• Conduct pre-event briefings with the team, outlining roles, responsibilities, and event specifics.
• Monitor stock levels of beverages and consumables during service and report any needs.
• Address guest queries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Supervisor , Hospitality Supervisor, or similar role within the catering industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards and event protocols.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks during busy events.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
