Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes for events to a high standard, according to event menus and client specifications.
• Manage your assigned section of the kitchen, ensuring it is clean, organised, and well-stocked at all times.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards throughout all preparation and cooking processes.
• Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for future catering events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen, preferably within catering.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
