You will be involved in all stages of event catering, from menu planning and preparation to on-site execution and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality food for events, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the catering management team to develop creative and appealing event menus.
- Manage kitchen operations during events, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all event kitchens.
- Adapt culinary preparations to suit various event types, dietary requirements, and client preferences.
- Assist with inventory management, stock control, and equipment maintenance for events.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Event Chef , Chef de Partie, or Sous Chef with event catering experience.
- Strong culinary skills across various cuisines and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing event requirements.
- Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules dictate.
