Event Co-ordinator

Event Co-ordinator | In Any Event UK Love events? Thrive on being busy? Want a job where no two days are ever the same? Then we want to hear from you! In Any Event UK is a leading, independent event management and venue finding agency, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Event Co-ordinator to join our growing team in Portishead. We're looking for someone who loves a challenge, has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and wants to be part of a team that makes amazing events happen! From conferences and exhibitions to product launches and corporate events, you'll be involved in bringing a wide variety of events to life – from the initial planning stages right through to being onsite and seeing it all come together.

The Role

This is a varied, fast-paced and hands-on position where you'll be involved in:

• Event Planning & Co-ordination – Supporting the planning and delivery of conferences, exhibitions, corporate events and product launches.
• Delegate Registration – Managing event registrations, booking systems, delegate communications and joining instructions.
• Event Logistics – Liaising with venues and suppliers, organising event materials, signage, catering, accommodation and AV requirements.
• Client & Supplier Relationships – Communicating with clients, attending meetings and ensuring every detail is covered.
• Sponsorship & Sales – Supporting sponsorship sales, identifying opportunities and helping our clients maximise their events.
• Event Technology – Working with our Eazybook registration platform, event apps and other exciting event technologies.
• Onsite Event Delivery – Getting stuck in at live events, from setting up and welcoming delegates to supporting the smooth running of the day.
• Project Administration – Keeping event plans, budgets, checklists and timelines organised and up to date.

Who Are We Looking For?

We want someone who brings energy, enthusiasm and a brilliant attitude to work every day! You'll be:

• Super organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident, friendly and a great communicator.
• Highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Happy juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
• A real team player who isn't afraid to get stuck in.
• Confident using technology and keen to learn new systems.
• Customer focused and committed to delivering a fantastic service.
• Flexible and willing to travel and work outside normal office hours when events require it.
• Someone who takes initiative, asks questions and enjoys finding solutions. Previous experience in events, hospitality, administration or customer service would be an advantage, but we're equally interested in finding someone with the right personality, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Why Join In Any Event?

We're a small, friendly and hardworking team with big ambitions! You'll have the opportunity to work on an exciting range of events, develop your skills, gain valuable industry experience and become an important part of our growing business. This isn't a job where you'll be doing the same thing every day. One day you could be planning a conference, the next managing registrations for hundreds of delegates, and the next travelling to an event and seeing all your hard work come to life. It's busy, it's varied, it's rewarding – and we love what we do!
