About the Role

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event logistics, from initial concept development to post-event analysis, ensuring each occasion is a resounding success. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define event objectives, themes, and budgets.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, including venues, caterers, and entertainers.
- Develop detailed event timelines and manage logistics, including registration, accommodation, and transportation.
- Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
- Manage event budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring profitability.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and report on key outcomes and client feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
