You will work closely with the Catering Manager and culinary staff to ensure client satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of all catered events, ensuring all details are meticulously organized.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
• Coordinate with venue staff, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Manage event timelines and logistics, ensuring all activities run according to schedule.
• On-site presence at events to oversee setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during events promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or a related hospitality role is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
