About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to manage event logistics and execution from a remote setting. This role is perfect for a proactive individual who can juggle multiple projects, communicate effectively with clients and vendors, and ensure that all events are flawlessly planned and executed. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, from initial planning stages through to post-event analysis, working in a collaborative, remote-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including venue selection, vendor management, and budget tracking.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Manage event logistics, such as catering, A/V equipment, and staffing arrangements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare reports for management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or in a similar event planning role.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.
