Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of event planning and execution, from initial concept development to post-event analysis.
• Develop detailed event plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best services and pricing.
• Oversee event logistics, including setup, catering, entertainment, and staffing coordination.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realized.
• Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar event coordination role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Proficiency in event management software and standard office productivity tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
