Key Responsibilities
- Assist event managers in the planning and execution of catering events, from initial client consultation to post-event wrap-up.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue liaison, vendor management, and scheduling of staff and resources.
- Prepare event proposals, contracts, and client-facing documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Manage client communications, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally, both remotely and in person.
- Support on-site event setup and management, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate event records, budgets, and client databases.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or event support role is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with event management software.
