About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Events Fundraising Officer to join their dynamic team in Manchester . This role is central to developing and delivering a diverse calendar of fundraising events that generate income and raise awareness for critical charitable causes. You will be responsible for all aspects of event management, from conceptualisation and logistics to execution and post-event analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute a range of fundraising events, including challenge events, gala dinners, and community gatherings in and around Manchester .
• Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.
• Source and secure event suppliers, venues, and entertainment.
• Develop promotional materials and marketing strategies to drive event attendance and sponsorship.
• Coordinate event logistics, including registration, ticketing, and on-site management.
• Engage with participants, sponsors, and volunteers to ensure a positive event experience and encourage ongoing support.

Requirements

• Previous experience in event management and fundraising, preferably within a charity setting.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
