Strategic

Contribute to initiatives that enhance nursing practices and patient safety.

Support development of protocols to improve care quality and operational efficiency.

Drive high staff engagement and patient experience.

Promote nurse empowerment through the Nursing Professional Practice Model.
Operational
*
Deliver high-quality care, especially in complex cases.

Manage workflow and mentor junior nurses.
*
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and evaluate patient outcomes.

Meet Level 3 Clinical Advancement Program requirements (20 points in 4+ categories annually).

Use the nursing process to provide age-specific care from admission to discharge.

Educate patients/families in alignment with care plans, respecting privacy, dignity, and culture.

Precept new hires/trainees and provide feedback on progress.
*
Respond effectively to emergencies using evidence-based practices.

Perform nursing procedures with attention to safety, accuracy, and comfort.
