Our client is seeking a highly polished and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior executives in Reading . You will be instrumental in ensuring that executives can focus on strategic priorities by handling a wide range of administrative and logistical tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars for senior executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with precision and accuracy.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
- Organise and coordinate executive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Manage expense reporting and processing for assigned executives.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
