Our client is seeking a highly organised and discreet Executive Administrative Assistant to provide crucial support to senior leadership in their Belfast office. Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for senior executives , coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of documents including correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors, acting as a gatekeeper and liaison.
- Organise and maintain confidential files and records with utmost precision.
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including room bookings, catering, and agendas.
- Undertake special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by executives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook for scheduling and Word for document creation.
- Outstanding organisational and time-management skills , with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
