Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the complex calendars and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring executive attention is focused on key matters.
- Organise and facilitate executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Discretion, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
