About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management in Stoke-on-Trent . This demanding role requires exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a high level of confidentiality. You will be responsible for managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling sensitive information, acting as a key gatekeeper and facilitator for the executive team. This is a critical role demanding a polished and efficient individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Liaise with clients, staff, and other stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
- Organize and manage executive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar senior support role.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or ERP systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident demeanor.
- Discretion and a strong understanding of confidentiality are paramount.
