Our client is seeking a polished and highly efficient Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior management in Stoke-on-Trent . Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, ensuring effective scheduling and conflict resolution.
- Arrange and coordinate executive travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Organise and manage digital and physical filing systems, maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role supporting senior management.
- Exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with virtual meeting platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a hybrid environment.
