Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread executive correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate all aspects of executive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing communications appropriately.
- Organise and maintain confidential files and records with meticulous attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Extensive experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar high-level support role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools.
- Superior organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and tact.
