About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly professional and discreet Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership in their Milton Keynes office. This critical role requires meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate the needs of executives. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. This is an on-site position, offering a structured and collaborative office environment where you can directly contribute to the efficiency and success of the executive team, building strong professional relationships within a vibrant corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries for executives.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and visitors.
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including venue booking, catering, and preparing materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Organize and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar high-level support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
