Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.

- Organize and manage executive events, conferences, and meetings.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a high-level administrative support role.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with virtual meeting platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information discreetly in Cardiff .
