Our client is seeking a polished and highly efficient Executive Administrator to support senior leadership in Bristol . You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office, acting as a key liaison between executives, staff, and external partners, and facilitating strategic objectives with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage intricate calendars, schedule high-level meetings, and coordinate executive travel itineraries.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a high standard of communication.
- Oversee the efficient functioning of the executive office environment, managing supplies and resources.
- Support the planning and execution of special projects and events initiated by executives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and security.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in an Executive Administrator or similar high-level support role.
- Superb organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment in Bristol .
