Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict control over food costs, inventory, and purchasing, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
• Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation in the kitchen.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fine-dining or high-volume restaurant.
