This senior role focuses on the strategic placement of C-suite executives and senior leadership talent for a portfolio of high-profile clients. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, identifying key individuals, and engaging them in confidential and complex recruitment processes. Operating within a hybrid model, you will leverage your expertise to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional talent solutions in the Berkshire region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct executive search assignments for C-suite, Director, and senior management roles.
- Develop comprehensive search strategies and target lists for high-calibre candidates.
- Engage senior-level professionals through confidential and persuasive communication.
- Conduct rigorous assessments of executive candidates, evaluating leadership potential and strategic fit.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client executives and HR leaders.
- Provide expert advice to clients on executive market trends and talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- Significant experience (5+ years) in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
- Proven ability to successfully complete complex executive mandates across various industries.
- Exceptional research, networking, and candidate engagement skills at senior levels.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
- Experience working within a hybrid professional environment.
