This role focuses on sourcing and placing senior-level professionals and C-suite executives for leading organizations. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders, conducting in-depth market research, and executing complex search assignments with discretion and precision, contributing to the firm's success in the executive search market.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive executive search assignments for senior management and board-level positions.
• Build and maintain a strong network of executive candidates and industry contacts.
• Develop detailed search strategies and conduct in-depth market mapping for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
• Engage with clients at the executive level, understanding their strategic hiring needs and providing expert market insights.
• Manage the entire search process, from initial briefing and candidate engagement to final offer negotiation.

Requirements

• Significant experience (5+ years) in executive search or high-level recruitment, preferably within a recruitment consultancy .
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing senior-level candidates.
• Exceptional research, analytical, and networking skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to build credibility with senior executives.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
