You will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels and important documents to various business and residential addresses, ensuring promptness and accuracy. This role requires a high level of responsibility, excellent time management, and the ability to navigate efficiently throughout the Coventry area and beyond. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining our reputation for reliable and efficient delivery services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver packages and documents in a timely and secure manner across the Coventry region.
• Adhere strictly to delivery schedules and optimize routes for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational readiness of the assigned vehicle.
• Utilize handheld devices or apps for delivery confirmations, route updates, and communication.
• Provide clear and courteous communication with customers during pick-ups and drop-offs.

Requirements

• A full and clean UK driving license (Category B for standard vans).
• Proven experience working as a courier or delivery professional.
