Experienced Recruiter - Self Employed

Location: Remote – UK Company: Connect Executive Search Group (CES Group) Salary: Uncapped commission / high earning potential Hours: Flexible

Are you an experienced recruiter who wants the freedom to run your own desk without the cost and pressure of setting up a recruitment business from scratch?

CES Group is looking for experienced, motivated Recruitment Consultants to join us on a self-employed, commission-only basis.

You’ll have the autonomy to develop your own specialist market, build your own client and candidate relationships and manage your desk in the way that works for you — while operating under an established recruitment business with the infrastructure and support already in place.

What we offer

• Attractive commission split with uncapped earning potential

• Fully remote working from anywhere in the UK

• Flexible hours and complete autonomy over your desk

• Freedom to develop your own specialist recruitment sector

• Access to established recruitment systems and resources

• Business, operational and recruitment support

• An established company and brand behind you

• No micromanagement or unnecessary KPIs

• Opportunity to build a substantial long-term income stream

Who we’re looking for:

You’ll ideally have previous 360 recruitment experience and be confident developing new business, managing client relationships and sourcing candidates.

This opportunity would particularly suit an experienced recruiter who is tired of traditional agency life, wants greater flexibility, or has considered working for themselves but would prefer the backing of an established recruitment business.

You’ll need to be self-motivated, commercially minded and comfortable working independently.

Interested?

If you’re an experienced recruiter looking for more freedom, flexibility and earning potential, we’d love to hear from you.
