Groomfield Recruitment is recruiting for an Export Administrator to join our client's team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to play a key role in managing larger project orders and shipments, supporting Export Sales Managers and ensuring customers receive an excellent level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and respond to email enquiries.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective order book management.

• Support Export Sales Managers with customer communications and updates.

• Attend regular meetings to monitor progress and keep projects on track.

• Maintain accurate records using Salesforce CRM.

• Provide general administrative support and identify opportunities for process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in export administration, project administration, coordination or a similar role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

• A flexible, adaptable and proactive approach.

• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.

• A strong team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
